The restaurant was revitalized as Adam & Eden, drawing inspiration from the legacy of the fine-dining establishments Eden and the French-inspired L’Echalotte. Both had left their distinguished marks on Mainz’s culinary scene, earning their place among the region’s top dining destinations.

The inspiration of the “Garden of Eden” is reflected in the unique interior design of our restaurant, bar, and lounge. Immerse yourself and savour the modern flavours of today—complemented by a refined selection of spirits and exceptional cocktails named after the Seven Deadly Sins, bringing the spirit of the Garden of Eden to life.
